Return & Refund Policy

At BuyBaazar, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Your happiness is our priority, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure product hygiene and safety, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty, skincare, and hair-care products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened/used beauty, skincare, and hair products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance sale
  • Gift cards & free gifts

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [your email/WhatsApp] with your order number and issue details.
  2. Share a clear photo or video of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return steps.
  4. After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 4–7 working days.
  • If your order included free gifts, they must be returned as well.

Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • A new product will be shipped after the return is approved.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • If already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
